Miles &
Janice Ecclestone
Janice Ecclestone has been
in the horse business for over 40 years bringing valuable experience
in care and handling to our equestrian facility. She shows as an
Amateur with the American Quarter Horse Association and is
recognized as a serious competitor with quality show horses.
Miles Ecclestone doesn’t
ride as much but willingly spends and enjoys much of his time
looking after the facility. He is also an avid golfer in summer and
curler in winter. He has worked at Trent University for 30+
years as the Senior Geography Technician and continues to conduct
field research in the Canadian Arctic. He has led dozens of
students in Arctic field research some of whom now have Ph.D.’s and
careers researching in the polar regions. He has co-authored many
articles and publications.

They
have two daughters, Pamela Doolin (Account Manager) from Tomball, Texas with children Jesse and Zoie
and Erin Cooper
(School Teacher) of Havelock, Ontario with children Chloe, Braydon and Cameron. Granddaughter Zoie Doolin and Granddaughter Chloe Cooper are both avid young horsewoman (13 and 8 years) with pictures to follow soon of their accomplishments in the show ring! Grandson Jesse Doolin is completing his 2nd year University at University of Texas at Tyler, Texas. Our two littlest grandsons (Braydon and Cameron) like to ride at Inukshuk but are not yet thinking about competing.
